Jack o Lantern Coloring Page – Wearing a Witch Hat
Halloween night has arrived, and this grinning pumpkin has dressed up for the occasion in its very own witch's hat. This Jack o Lantern coloring page combines two of the season's most iconic symbols in one playful design, which makes it a fun pick among Halloween coloring pages.
The pumpkin sits in the center of the page, round and plump, with deep vertical ridges that divide it into curved sections, like the segments of an orange. Short, thin strokes along each section suggest the pumpkin's natural texture. Its carved face is cheerful and mischievous. Two eyes are cut into the shape of arches, rounded on top and flat on the bottom, like happy half-moons. Between them is a small triangle nose. Below it stretches a wide, curved grin that reaches almost from one side of the pumpkin to the other. Two pointed fangs hang down from the top of the mouth, and a square notch rises from the bottom, like a single gap-toothed tooth. Thin lines along the edges of each cut show the thickness of the pumpkin's shell, as if you could see into the carving.

Perched at a jaunty angle on top of the pumpkin is a large witch’s hat. Its wide, curved brim sweeps out on both sides and is decorated with small stars, crescent moons and round dots, like a starry night sky. A band wraps around the base of the hat, fastened with a big square buckle and punched with two small holes.
The tall cone of the hat is crumpled and crooked, with wrinkles along its sides. Its tip bends over to the right and curls into a small hook. Three square patches are stitched onto the cone with little cross-stitches, as if the old hat had been mended many times.
