Free Mermaid Coloring Page – Sea Treasures
Deep beneath the waves, a cheerful little mermaid has discovered a secret treasure trove on the ocean floor. This free mermaid coloring page surrounds her with seashells, coral, bubbles and a chest full of gold.
The mermaid floats in the center of the page, facing forward with her arms stretched out gently at her sides, as if she were gliding through the water. Her long, flowing hair falls well past her shoulders in soft waves, with a side-swept fringe across her forehead. She has large, sparkling eyes with long lashes, a sprinkle of freckles on each cheek, and a wide, happy smile. She wears a top made of two ribbed seashells joined in the middle by a small bow. At her waist, her tail begins with a wavy band and is covered in rows of overlapping scales, like fish scales or roof tiles. The tail curves gracefully to the left and ends in a large, sweeping fin decorated with long curved stripes, which fans out across the lower left of the page.

Sea treasures fill every corner of the scene. In the upper left, a branching coral rises behind a large spiral conch shell. At the top center, a starfish is decorated with lines of tiny dots. Two fan-shaped scallop shells with ribbed ridges sit in the upper right and on the left side. On the right, a tall spiral shell twists to a point, and a small striped fish swims nearby.
In the lower right sits an open treasure chest made of wooden planks with metal bands and rivets. A keyhole is set in its front, and it is heaped with round gold coins. Along the bottom of the page, more shells and coral rest on the sea floor, including a spotted sponge coral and a striped spiral shell. Tall, wavy seaweed sways on both sides, small rocks and pebbles are scattered at its base, and round bubbles float upward all around the mermaid.
